Ryan Poole of Pace Health Management will tell you it’s all about working out what level of fitness I may or may not have and what I need to do to give me a chance of keeping up with the rest of the world. Ryan and his team are personal trainers with a difference.
Whilst the minimum requirement to become a personal trainer in Australia is Certificate IV in Fitness which takes approximately 6 months to obtain, at Pace all team members have tertiary level qualifications in Exercise Science. Combine this with post graduate study in Exercise Rehabilitation and they are ready to give you a far more comprehensive accesment and training plan to help you overcome injury or manage joint and muscle pain.
